He has vast experience in total arterial LIMA RIMA Y Beating bypass surgery, valve surgery, minimally invasive cardiac surgery, and thoracic surgery. He has vast experience in treating vascular diseases like a blockage in the vessels, laser for varicose veins, and Endovascular procedures like stents.
He has experience in more than 1500 cardiac surgeries, more than 500 laser varicose vein surgeries.
He is a certified Heart transplant surgeon and has done 3 Heart transplants successfully.
His special area of interests are Minimal invasive valve replacement like TAVI and valve in valve placement in Mitral Valve.
He has a rich experience of 15years in a surgical specialty. He is currently associated as a consultant cardiothoracic surgeon in Prince Aly Khan Hospital, Global Hospital, Reliance Hospital, Masina Hospital, Raheja hospital, Cumballa hill hospital, and Bethany Hospital in Mumbai.
He has done his MBBS from MGM medical college, Aurangabad in 1996. Did his MS general surgery degree from Grant medical Colledge and JJ hospital, Mumbai. He has completed his MCh cardiovascular and thoracic surgery under legendary and eminent cardiac surgeons Dr. S.S.Bhattacharya and Dr. D.S.Saxena in Bombay Hospital and research center.
He is awarded by the Government of Maharashtra for his special services during the terror attack of Mumbai in 2008. He is also honored with Fellowship in Minimal invasive surgery.
